Stephen Tsui

General Manager

A New York native, Stephen got his restaurant start in the kitchen at Eleven Madison Park before transitioning to the dining room. He has held management roles at a number of NYC restaurants such as ilili and Cut by Wolfgang Puck at the Four Seasons Downtown. Prior to returning to TriBeCa and joining the Forge family, Stephen served as a service director/consultant for Hospitality Firm working on revamping operations for The Lambs Club and the opening of Rosemary’s East. When not working, Stephen enjoys spending time exploring downtown Manhattan and cooking.
